| ABSOLUTE CENTER OF THE CITY
In the center of the city on the Roachian mainland, covered by a massive and transperent electrical shelding dome, is a huge, glowing 9 x 9 grid. The grid itself is segmented by thick lines into nine 3 x 3 grids. At certain unspecified times of the day, various glowing numbers appear inside some of the boxes while others remain blank.
No one knows where this grid came from.. It is believed to have been here--however until recently unnoticed--since the begining of time.

A tall mound of expensive dirt. It is fenced off, but rumor has it that a gram of the stuff could be sold for a fortune. It is surrounded by a complex grid of lasers which could sever your body in half if you were to make contact with it. It looks cool at night. Common opinion says Dogbert is responsible for the new administration.
